Shipping Zone & Costs:
All orders on this website have free shipping worldwide, you can buy whatever you want.
Order Processing Time:
Deliveries are made within 24/48 working hours depending on the service provided at the delivery address.
Orders placed after 11 AM on Friday will be processed on Monday. (No orders are processed on Saturday and Sunday)
Shipping Leading Time:
All orders are delivered via delivery service with written trackable records.
It usually takes 1 to 5 business days from shipment to arrival.
The shipping leading time may be extended during peak shopping season or Uneventful circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc may occur and may result in a delay in the shipping of your order. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee the exact delivery time of your order.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except on holidays).
Shipment Tracking:
Package tracking number is emailed to you once the package is on the way.
To track the package, please log into your account and click on tracking number of your package.
For some countries, after the tracking number is submitted, it may take 2 to 3 days for the tracking details to be available online.
Import Duties and Taxes:
The items you purchase from our website will be delivered to your doorstep, but may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or other taxes, we ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid“, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered by the buyer in order for your package to clear customs.
Change Of Shipping Address:
If you have filled out the wrong shipping address, please email us the correct address before the shipment of your order and we will arrange it accordingly without any additional charges.
If the package is already on the way, we will not be able to help you change the shipping address. You can contact the shipping company directly to change your shipping address.
For any surcharges occurred upon the change of shipping address during the shipment, they must be rendered by the buyer.
Notes:
A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbor or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise you of this or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local postmaster or delivery depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date. If you have any further questions or concerns related to your delivery, please contact our customer support team.
If the customer authorizes the courier company to place the goods at the door, or authorizes the courier company to sign the goods, If goods are lost, and the customer bears the consequences.
